Doypack is the most popular flexible packaging format for food and non-food products. The pouch stands upright on shelf thanks to its flat bottom, takes minimal warehouse space and offers a large branding area.

We produce doypack pouches from polyethylene, polypropylene, metallized film and kraft combinations. We select the structure for your product: moisture and oxygen barriers for coffee, grease-resistant layers for snacks, transparent windows to show contents.

Every pouch passes a seam integrity check. Stable film thickness of ±5 microns ensures smooth operation of your filling line without tears or rejects.

Formats and options

Available: classic stand-up pouch with flat bottom, corner-bottom pouches for compact storage, pillow format for bulk products. Optional zip-lock for reclosure, euro slot for hanging display, degassing valve for coffee and spout for liquids.

Sizes from 100×150 mm to 300×400 mm or custom to your product and equipment. Film thickness from 60 to 200 microns depending on fill weight and barrier requirements.

Printing and branding

We print your design from the first trial batch. Design development is free. Technologies: flexo, rotogravure, offset, 3D print, soft-touch varnish and selective embossing. Learn more on our film printing page.
